Terms
These terms cover use of Recallory at recallory.app. Creating an account means you agree to them and to the privacy page.
The service
Recallory stores courses, readings, flashcards, and drafts, and schedules reviews. A study set or draft is written from the material you add to a unit. Availability can change. An administrator can suspend an account. A suspended account keeps the library already stored and cannot create new study sets or drafts until it is restored.
Your coursework
You are responsible for the material you upload and for what you submit to a school or employer. Follow the academic integrity rules of your institution. A discussion, reply, or paper written in Recallory is a draft for you to read, edit, and stand behind. Turning in a draft as if you wrote it, when your course forbids that, is your decision and your responsibility.
You agree not to:
- Upload material you do not have the right to use
- Use the service to break into, disrupt, or overload systems
- Attempt to access another person’s library
- Present a Recallory draft as your own work when a course, publisher, or employer requires your own writing
Accounts
Keep your password private. You can download your library or delete the account from Settings. Deleting the account removes the stored library and the sign-in. Cards and drafts already copied elsewhere are outside Recallory after that.
No grade promise
Citations, summaries, and drafts can be wrong. Recallory does not promise a grade, a complete bibliography, or that a draft meets an assignment. Read the result before you use it.
The service as offered
Recallory is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Recallory is not liable for lost coursework, a rejected assignment, or an interruption of the service. These terms do not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
